Facts and Myths About Healing a Broken Heart!
Here Are the Facts …
Fact: Time will help you when you take action.
Time can serve to deepen the break in your heart or heal it depending on what action you take now. Sitting around and waiting for time lessen your pain is not a good strategy. What you think of as your pain fading is usually your mind covering up the negative thoughts and feelings of loneliness. You can take some simple and practical steps now to truly get rid of your pain and ensure you are open to enjoy true happiness in the near future.
Fact: You can feel better, faster.
Who made up the rule you just have to feel bad after a break-up for a long, long time? It seems like unfair punishment considering you’ve already been through a traumatic experience. Luckily, it’s totally false. There are ways to cure a broken heart and feel better, quicker after your break up. In Stepped Healing, you are provided practical steps on a day by day program to rehabilitate your heart and feel much better, much quicker.
Fact: In order to have other healthy relationships in the future, you must feel better on your own first.
If dating someone else is a cure that someone in your life has proposed, please don’t do it. This is one of the biggest and most dangerous myths out there. Not only will you not feel better, you will feel even worse than before. You see our minds and souls need to process a stage of healing before moving on. Stepped healing will walk you through this process.

Busy with Our Food Franchise Business!
After my month long vacation in Manila, I arrived in gensan with tons of works to do. We attended 2 mall exhibits. One is at gaisano mall and one is at Robinsons mall gensan. The exhibit will last on October 16 and I decided not to join any exhibit first til I get a permanent space for the food business we venture.
We franchise the HK Fried Noodles from Manila and the cart & equipment will arrive this week. It was supposed to be here earlier but due to the typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng, it was delayed.
So, I will be very busy for the next few days, weeks and months til we can start generating income from the money we shell out from the franchise. Our boutique, Vogue-pret-a-porter will be soon have it's own permanent space in the mall. yehey!!!and the old space we have will be turn into air soft store

My Birth Sign :-)
Cancer
The Cancer-born are generally shy, but once you get to know them, you'll discover that they are friendly and very loyal. They value their family very much. Their instinct is strong so they must heed it. They must also keep themselves from going with the flow and try to pursue their own interests as well. They love to cook and stay in the comforts of their home.
Career/Money
They excel in teaching, especially little children. Nursing and medical courses are also good choices for them as well as social work. Business is also possible except that they need someone who will guide them to stability.
Love
They are very caring and nurturing to their partners. But they can be quite emotional and prone to mood swings. They are compatible with Water signs like Scorpio and Pisces and Earth signs like Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn.
Health
Weight problems are typical issues for the Cancer-born. They need to control what they eat and have a regular routine exercise. Swimming is a great option. They need to control themselves from eating when they are depressed.

DOES HE STILL WANT YOU???
It's something we all wonder. No matter how heated the break-up, most of us spend at least a little time thinking about our exes and wondering if somehow, some way, some day we'll get back together. Maybe it's because we needed a little time apart to put all the good stuff in perspective, or maybe it's because once we've fished the seas again, we realize that, no, there aren't really all that many prized species in there after all. In any case, wouldn't you like to know whether he's moved on or stuck on you? Here, some ways that can help you figure it out.
1. Decode His Out-of-the-Blue E-Mail
The two of you break up, you vow never to speak again to the lout. And you don't, until your inbox pings, his name shows up, and the subject line reads, "hey." A peace offering or a sneaky way for him to weasel his way back into your life? From what he writes, it'll seem like he's just trying to be friends (a recap of how it's going, an allusion to the woman he's dating). Not so fast. If he throws in a few mini-brags about himself (something good at work, great vacation he has coming up), he may be trying to promote the notion that he wasn't so bad after all (a new gal sees something in him, right?). He may be testing the waters to see if you're game.
2. Gauge His Emotions
You run into him at a bar, a coffee shop, a mutual friend's birthday bash. Most likely, he'll try to play it cool - pretend like he's good, you're good, everything's good. Chances are, the less he talks, the more he pines. If he's able to spend some time talking without showing extreme ranges of emotions (uh, anger) or silence, then he's probably found himself in a better place.
3. Translate His Conversation
Guys have been practicing the art of wooing women all their lives. And they know-or at least they should know-that women don't respond all that well to pick-up lines and pretentious attitudes. Guys know that one of their most effective tactics is to ask a lot of questions. So when the two of you reconnect (via run-in, coffee date, e-mail), see if he switches back to pursuit mode: if there's lots of questions and lots of conversation, there may also be lots of hope that what attracted you to him in the first place will attract you again.
4. Assume Yes
You may think that guys take break-ups easy-that they run out, throw down beers with the guys, and move on. But the truth is that men hold onto their feelings about their exes for a long time, probably because few of them let it out in the way women do: by talking to their friends, their mom, and their friends' moms. (Kidding!). I can tell you that one of the most common relationship questions we receive at Men's Health is from guys asking how to get their women back; they realized after a few months that they indeed let the best one, the right one, the essential one get away. And they might even be ready to admit they now know who handles break-ups better.

Epidermodysplasia Verruciformis: Wierdest Disease!
I have seen this pictures when I was browsing pictures of odd things.
This was under the 10 weirdest diseases submitted to my fave website called oddee.
I really wonder why she became like this.
Vampire Disease: Pain From The Sun
I was browsing my fave site called oddee and I found this shocking disease. The Vampire Disease. Actually, I don't believe if this kind of desease exist unless he is a true vampire.
Anyway, according to what i have read: There are people out there who go to great lengths to avoid the sun. If they are caught in the sun, their skin will blister. Some of them have pain and blistering as soon as the sun touches their skin. But they're not actually vampires. They don't drink blood and sleep in coffins, but they do suffer from a rare disease that has vampire-like symptoms.
Whew! This is surely and odd disease!

Planning an Early Trip To Manila!
I had a conversation with my friend G and he said he will be here early December.
So, I am planning an early trip to Manila. I miss this person so much so, I would like to plan everything so, it will be less hassle when he arrives.
He will be coming with his friend M. Actually, I have met M once. We stayed in the same hotel in Ortigas. As what I have heard from M, he will be visiting his gf in Quezon City.
Hope this will push through..hehehe
